摘要
对红外热像技术测试原理进行简单阐述,并结合多起避雷器设备发热缺陷检测案例,说明红外热像技术对避雷器故障发现的重要意义。结果表明,通过对避雷器红外热成像分析,可以有效发现避雷器早期局部受潮缺陷和阀片老化,比泄漏全电流检测发现受潮缺陷更及时、更直观。
The principle of infrared thermal imaging technique is briefly described, and combined with several cases of defects detection of the arrester equipment, the significance of infrared thermal imaging technique to the fault detection of lightning arrester is elaborated. The results show that by analyzing the infrared thermal imaging of the arrester, the early partial damp defects and aging defects of valve disc could be found more timely and more intuitively contrasting with that by leakage current detection.
