摘要 氧化锌避雷器是变电站里一次设备免受过电压冲击的重要设备,通过吸收各类雷击过电压、工频暂态过电压和操作过电压来保护站内变电设备。因此,避雷器带电检测工作至关重要。从红外成像技术诊断热故障的原理入手,通过分析诊断35kV氧化锌避雷器的因内部受潮引起发热的典型案例,详细介绍了红外成像在避雷器热故障诊断中的重要性和有效性,并提出避雷器受潮故障的红外诊断技巧与预防措施。 Zinc oxide arrester is the important equipment that can protect the substation equipment to avoid suffering overvoltage shock. It can absorb all kinds of lightning over voltages, power frequency temporary overvoltage and switching overvoltage. Accordingly, live detection of zinc oxide arrester is very important. Starting with the principle of infrared imaging technology for diagnosing thermal faults, a case of diagnosing of a 35 kV zinc oxide arrester by means of the infrared imaging is analyzed, and the importance and effectiveness of the infrared imaging technology in finding the damp defect in zinc oxide arrester are introduced. The infrared diagnostic skills and precautionary measures for surge arrester fault are put forward.
