摘要
广播电台业绩考核中一项非常重要的指标就是停播率，文章针对发射机运行中停播前的故障早期“提前预警”、“超前干预”进行了详细论述，以应用广泛的DFIOOA型PSM短波发射机为例，通过各种技术手段、检测设备来挖掘发射机运行中将要发生而未发生的停播事故的各种前兆，包括温度、声音、风速、风压、瞬间电流（电压）值等异常变化，并有针对性地介绍了相应的超前干预措施。文章从全新的视觉角度，多方位对发射机停播前各种异常数据进行深入挖掘，并详尽地进行了总结分析，为降低电台停播率提供新的抓手。
A very important indicator in the perfomlance appraisal of radio stations is the failure shutdown rate. In this paper, the early ＂early warning＂ and ＂advanced intervention＂ are discussed in detail. Taking the widely used DF100A PSM short - wave transmitter as an example, precursors prior to the failure of the broadcast accident will occur in the operation of the transmitter through various technical means and detection equipment. It includes the abnormal changes of temperature, sound,wind speed,wind pressure,instantaneous current（voltage） , and the corresponding advanced intervention measures are introduced. From the perspective of new vision, this paper delves into all kinds of abnormal data of transmitter before it stops broadcasting,and summarizes and analyses them in detail, so as to provide a new grip for reducing the radio shutdown rate.
