摘要 文中介绍了填料吸收实验装置控制系统的设计思想和构成。阐述了该控制系统的硬件组成、工作过程和利用M CG S组态软件开发监控系统的基本过程。着重说明了用户窗口的组态方法、数据采集、存储的设计方法和与无纸记录仪通讯的实现方法。该系统能够及时、准确地记录大量实验数据,同时具有操作方便等特点。 This paper introduces the design and constitution of control system in packing absorption experimental device.The hardware structure and work process of this control system are discussed,as well as the development of software with MCGS for monitoring system.The methods of user window configuration,experimental data acquisition and storing,communication with paperless recorder are emphatically described.The system can provide a large amount of experimental data comprehensively and accurately,meanwhile,the system has the character of convenient operation.
