摘要
本研究以华东某高校教师学习共同体为案例,通过参与式观察、时间轴、深度访谈等数据收集方法以及内容分析、叙事探究等数据分析方法,探究高校外语教师期刊论文写作,尤其是提出和修改研究问题的实践。研究发现:(1)高质量研究问题对实证论文写作具有重要的引领作用;(2)外语教师在学习共同体中的互动和反思提高了研究问题的质量,为学术研究和写作做好充分准备。本研究能为外语教师通过学习共同体提高学术写作能力的实践探究提供一定启示。
This study explores foreign language teachers' practice of journal paper writing, especially the proposition and revision of their research questions, in a teachers' learning community of a university in East China. With observation, timelines, and in-depth interviews as the main data sources, the study applies the content analysis method and narrative inquiry approach to analyze and interpret the data. The findings reveal that: (1) high-quality research questions play an important role in guiding empirical research; (2) through interaction and reflection in the learning community, foreign language teachers improve the quality of their research questions and get well-prepared for their research and academic writing. The study provides implications for future research on the improvement of foreign language teachers' academic writing practice with community-based supports.
