摘要 为了满足我国经济社会转型、现代职业教育体系构建和职业教育质量提高对高素质专业化"双师型"教师的迫切需求,我国自2016年起实施职业技术教育领域教育硕士培养工作,取得了显著成绩。但在招生和培养环节仍存在一系列亟待解决的问题,为此从加大招生宣传力度、建立校外协同育人机制和校内协同育人机制、健全政策评估保障机制等方面,提出加强我国职业技术教育领域教育硕士培养的对策建议。 In order to meet the urgent demand for the high-quality and professional"dual-quality"teachers under background of the transformation of the economics and society, the construction of the modern vocational education system and the improvement of the quality of vocational education, the Education of Master program has been launched in the field of vocational and technical education since 2016. In order to strengthen the cultivation of Master of Education in field of vocational and technical education, it is suggested to summarize the current situation of training the master of education in the field of vocational and technical education from the policy background, training universities, candidate student, training process and so on,and analyze the main problems in Master of Education from the enrollment and the training, as well as according to the theories of integration of theory and practice and the features of workintegrated-learning, expand the enrollment propaganda, establish the cooperative education mechanism outside and inside the school and perfect the assurance mechanism for policy assessment.
