摘要
当前,在我国的职教教师教育体系中,教育硕士专业学位教育和新教师入职培训无疑是受关注程度最高、成效也最为显著的两类教师教育举措。基于上海市业已实施的这两类工作实践,因其所具有的教育实施主体和教育对象同一性、教育目标一致性和教育内容交叠性等特征,在教师教育新格局下探索"双轨"教育模式,应加强教师教育者队伍建设、把握招录和招生环节、制定统筹性教育方案和建立质量保障体系,挖掘各自优势,打造协同联动、系统高效的区域职教教师队伍建设基础制度。
In the current vocational teacher education system in China,education for master of vocational education and the standardized training for new vocational teachers are undoubtedly the two types of teacher education measures which have got the highest level of attention.Based on practices of the two measures that have been implemented in Shanghai,considering the identity of the educational implementation subjects and educational objects,the consistency of work objectives,and the overlap of work contents,we suggest to build a"dual-system"education model which combines education for master of vocational education and standardized training for new vocational teachers.In order to build this model,we need to improve the construction of teacher educators,grasp the recruitment and enrollment links,formulate an overall education plan and establish a quality assurance system.The"dual-system"education model under the new pattern of teacher education can build a basic system for regional vocational teacher education and contribute to innovate the vocational teacher education system in China.
