摘要
为降低农用汽油机控制器研发周期、成本及台架试验的风险,应开展大量的实物在回路仿真实验,以检验控制器的硬件电路可靠性及控制策略稳定性。通过建立汽油机模型、开发状态监控及参数标定软件,设计汽油机电子控制器及接口模拟器,搭建实物在回路仿真平台。试验结果表明:仿真平台能够对控制器有效地进行性能测试、逻辑检测及算法验证。
In order to shorten the development cycle and reduce the cost of agricultural gasoline engine controller, and to avoid the risk of bench test, it is necessary to conduct a large number of hardware-in-loop simulation tests to examine the stability of the controller of hardware circuit and the reliability of control strategy. This paper constructs the hardware-in-loop simulation platform by setting up gasoline engine model, developing software of state monitoring and parameter calibration, designing electronic controller and interface simulator. The results show that the simulation platform can effectively perform the performance test, logic detection and algorithm verification of the controller.
