摘要
针对某小型航空二冲程发动机,采用机理建模和试验建模相结合的方法建立了该发动机的平均值数学模型,并在MATLAB/Simulink环境下对该模型进行了仿真研究,发现发动机转速、输出扭矩以及功率等外特性数据的仿真结果与实际的发动机台架试验数据基本吻合。在VC环境下编写仿真软件,通过调用MATLAB引擎实现了模型与控制器的对接,将原控制器和开发的快速原型控制器用发动机模型进行了硬件在回路仿真试验,并进行对比分析,结果表明,快速原型控制器和原发动机ECU喷油脉宽偏差不超过0.050ms。
A type of two--stroke piston--aero engine model was carried out for a full study. The mean value model of the engine was made up while the simulation of the engine was carried out based on the engine model under MATLAB/Simulink environment. The simulation results of engine speed, output torque and power external characteristic data coincide with the actual engine experimental data. Besides, using the engine model and the simulation software, the physical in--the--loop simulation was carried out, and both of the original ECU and the rapid control prototyping are tested. The devia- tion of injection pulse width between the original ECU and the rapid control prototyping is not larger than 0. 050ms.
