摘要
在教师专业化进程中,标准管理在教师教育质量保证上有着独特的刚性约束意蕴,也彰显了人们对于教师教育品质卓越的价值追求。在标准管理视域下,特色彰显是破解教师教育发展瓶颈问题的战略举措,也是未来教师教育发展的目标路向;动力激活是发挥教师教育培养主体办学活力的有效举措,它关系到教师教育的生命力,也是当前教师教育发展走出困境的现实路向。完善标准管理体系,激活办学活力,彰显办学特色,让标准管理真正落地生根,才能有效推进教师专业化进程,推动教师教育改革走向新的阶段。
In the process of teacher professionalization,standard management has unique rigid constraints on the quality assurance of teacher education,and highlights the value pursuit of excellence.From the perspective of standard management,characteristic display is a strategic measure to solve the bottleneck problem of teacher education development,and also a goal direction of future teacher education development.Activating internal power is an effective measure of vitalizing teacher education.It is also the realistic direction of the current development of teacher education.Only by improving the standard management system,activating the vitality of running schools,highlighting the characteristics of running schools,and letting standard management really take effect,can we effectively promote teacher professionalization and advance the reform of teacher education to a new stage.
