摘要 文章从团队学习视角入手,构建了信息化条件下变革型领导对团队创新绩效影响的概念模型。利用我国335名团队成员填写的调查问卷,运用结构方程模型和回归模型方法,分析了信息化条件下变革型领导对团队创新绩效的影响。结果表明:变革型领导显著影响团队学习、团队创新绩效;团队学习在变革型领导与团队创新绩效间发挥中介作用;信息化水平在变革型领导对团队创新绩效的直接影响和间接影响中发挥正向调节作用。 This paper starts from the perspective of team learning to construct the conceptual model of the influence of transformational leadership on team innovation performance under the information condition. Using 335 questionnaires from innovation team, the paper employs Structural Equation Model and regression model method to analyze the influence of transformational leadership on team innovation performance under the condition of informatization. The results show that transformational leadership has a significantly positive effect on team innovation performance; team learning plays an intermediary role between transformational leadership and team innovation performance; informatization plays a positive role in the direct and indirect effects of transformational leadership on team innovation performance.
