摘要
目的:观察蛇伤外敷散超微散剂对蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清透明质酸酶(HAase)、磷脂酶A2(PLA2)的含量及症状积分的影响。方法:将40只SD大鼠随机分成空白对照组、普通散剂组、超微散剂组、阳性对照组。通过皮下注射蝮蛇毒的方法造模,通过ELISA法检测各组大鼠血清HAase、PLA2的含量和观察各组症状积分变化。结果:造模后各组HAase、PLA2含量显著超过造模前(P<0.05),涂药后普通散剂组,超微散剂组,阳性对照组HAase、PLA2含量显著亦显著降低(P<0.05),症状积分亦显著降低(P<0.05)。其中,以超微散剂组治疗7d后对HAase、PLA2含量及症状积分降低效果最佳,与普通散剂组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:蛇伤外敷散超微散剂可以显著降低蝮蛇咬伤大鼠血清HAase、PLA2含量及症状积分,值得临床推广。
Objective: To investigate the effects of Sheshangwaifu Superfine Powder on the levels of serum HAase and PLA2 and symptom score in rats bitten by viper. Methods: Forty rats were divided into the placebo group, ordinary powder group, superfine powder group, positive control group. The rat model was induced by viper venom subcutaneous injection, and the serum HAase, PLA2 levels were detected by ELISA and observed symptom score of each group. Results: After modeling, the HAase, PLA2 levels and symptom score of groups were significantly increased than that before (P〈0.05). The HAase, PLA2 levels and symptom score of each treatment group was significantly decreased after treatment (P〈0.05). Compared with ordinary powder group, the HAase, PLA2 levels and symptom score of superfine powder group was decreased best 7 days after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion: Sheshangwaifu superfine Powder can effectively decrease the level of serum HAase, PLA2 and symptom score in viper bited rats, it's worthy of clincal promotion.
