摘要
周仲瑛教授辨治尿路感染,以"肾虚湿热"为基本病机,以"补肾清利,标本兼顾"为基本治法,临床中常分为膀胱湿热等3个基本证型,随证施治。辨证过程中,重在抓湿、热、瘀、虚等病理因素,对"因"治疗,执简驭繁;舌脉并重,病证结合,衷中参西;治疗上,标本兼顾,寒温并用,通补兼施;小方复合,复法组方,灵活多变。特色鲜明,疗效确切。
Professor ZHOU Zhong-ying thinks ‘dampness-heat with kidney deficiency＇ as the basic pathogenesis of urinary tract infection, ‘invigorating kidney and clearing heat-dampness, and taking consideration of manifestation and root＇ should be taken as the basic treatment method. Urinary tract infection can often be divided into 3 basic syndrome, dampnessheat of bladder is one. In the process of syndrome differentiation, it is important to focus on the pathological factors such as dampness, hot, stasis, deficiency and so on, as well as paying attention to combination of tongue inspection and pulse taking, disease and syndrome, TCM and western medicine. In the meanwhile, treating urinary tract infection with flexible and changeable prescriptions to take consideration of manifestation and root, which shows distinctive features and accurate curative effect.
