摘要
目的探究隔盐鳖甲灸联合中西医结合护理对中老年女性尿路感染的临床效果。方法选择2020年6月至2021年12月于江苏省中医院确诊为尿路感染的80例中老年女性患者,按照数字随机表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组应用常规中西医结合护理,观察组在对照组护理方法的基础上应用隔盐鳖甲灸。比较2组的中医症候积分、尿白细胞与红细胞计数和临床疗效。结果护理2周后,2组的尿频、尿急、尿后滴沥、尿道口不适、下腹坠胀及腰酸乏力评分均低于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(P均<0.05)。护理3d和2周后,2组的尿白细胞和红细胞计数均少于护理前(P均<0.05),且观察组均少于同期对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组的临床疗效总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论隔盐鳖甲灸可有效改善中老年女性尿路感染患者的尿常规指标,降低中医证候积分,疗效显著。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of salt-separated turtle shell moxibustion combined with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine nursing on the treatment of urinary tract infection in middle-aged and elderly women.Methods From June 2020 to December 2021,80 middle-aged and elderly female patients diagnosed with urinary tract infection at Jiangsu Province Hospital of Chinese Medicine were included.The patients were divided into control and observation groups by using a random number table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and the observation group was treated with salt-separated turtle shell moxibustion in addition to the nursing method of the control group.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,white and red blood cell counts in the urine,and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 weeks of nursing,the scores of frequent urination,urgent urination,post-void dribbling,urethral orifice discomfort,abdominal distension,and soreness of loins in the two groups were lower than those before nursing(all P <0.05),and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(all P <0.05).After 3 days and 2 weeks of nursing,the white and red blood cell counts in the urine of the two groups were less than those before nursing(all P <0.05),and the above indicators of the observation group were less than those of the control group(all P <0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P <0.05).Conclusion Saltseparated turtle shell moxibustion can effectively improve the urinalysis indicators and reduce the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores of middle-aged and elderly female patients with urinary tract infection,and has a significant curative effect.
