摘要
为进一步探讨歧视知觉与自尊的关系,本研究引入自我补偿并假设它会调节歧视知觉与自尊的关系。采用自编听障大学生自我补偿问卷、歧视知觉问卷和自尊量表对289名听障大学生进行调查。结果发现:(1)听障大学生的自我补偿处于中高水平;女生的自我补偿水平显著高于男生;城市的听障大学生自我补偿水平显著高于农村的听障大学生;(2)歧视知觉、自我补偿可显著正向预测听障大学生的自尊;(3)发展性补偿和社会性补偿在听障大学生歧视知觉和自尊之间起调节作用,较高的发展性补偿和较低的社会性补偿增强了歧视知觉对自尊的正向预测作用。
This study aims to explore the relationship between perceived discrimination and self-esteem,by introducing the concept of self-compensation,which is assumed to mediate between perceived discrimination and self-esteem,as well as by surveying 289 hearing-impaired college students with the selfcompensation questionnaire devised by the authors,the Perceived Discrimination Questionnaire,and the Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale. The results indicate the following：（ 1） The hearing-impaired college students showed an upper-medium level of self-compensation,with the girls showing a significantly higher level of self-compensation than the boys,and the hearing-impaired college students from urban areas showing a significantly higher level of self-compensation than those from rural areas;（ 2） the hearing-impaired college students＇ perceived discrimination and self-compensation could be used to significantly and positively predict their self-esteem; and（ 3） developmental compensation and social compensation mediated between their perceived discrimination and self-esteem,and a high level of developmental compensation and a low level of social compensation strengthened the positively predictive effect of perceived discrimination on self-esteem.
