摘要
目的探讨循证护理干预对胸腰椎骨折患者术后压疮与尿路感染的影响。方法选取2016年1月～2017年1月至我院就诊的胸腰椎骨折患者110例作为研究对象,其中对常规组采取一般护理,对实验组采取循证护理干预,对比两组的护理效果。结果实验组术后压疮与尿路感染发生率分别为3.64%与5.45%,均明显低于常规组(P<0.05);实验组与常规组的护理满意度分别为96.36%与81.82%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胸腰椎骨折患者采取循证护理干预措施,便于降低术后压疮与尿路感染发生率。
Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing intervention on postoperative pressure sore and urinary tract infection in thoracolumbar fracture patients. Methods A total of 110 patients with thoracolumbar fractures who were treated in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2017 were selected as the subject of this study. Among them, general care was taken for the routine group and evidence-based nursing intervention was used for the experi- mental group. The nursing effects of the two groups was ompared. Results The incidence of pressure sore and urinary tract infection in the experimental group was 3.64% and 5.45% respectively, which were significantly lower than that of the conventional group（P〈0.05）. The satisfaction of the nursing care in the experimental group and the conventional group was 96.36% and 81.82% respectively, the differece was statistically significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Evidence- based nursing interventions for patients with thoracolumbar fractures are convenient for reducing the incidence of postoperative pressure ulcers and urinary tract infections.
