摘要
为了解重庆市合川区养猪场沙门氏菌的耐药情况,本研究通过PCR鉴定了该地区猪粪样品中的沙门氏菌,测定了所分离的沙门氏菌对26种抗菌药物的敏感性。结果显示:本次共分离出10株沙门氏菌;分离的菌株对头孢曲松、头孢他啶、头孢吡肟、链霉素、氧氟沙星完全敏感,对四环素、氟苯尼考完全耐药;所有菌株均为多重耐药菌,耐药数量从4种到17种不等。
The aim of the research was to understand the antimicrobial resistance of Salmonella at some pig farms in Hechuan district, Chongqing. Salmonella isolates were identified by PCR in fifty fecal samples, and the antimicrobial susceptibility of the isolated Salmonella to 26 antimicrobials was determined. The results showed that a total of 10 Salmonella isolates were isolated, these isolates were susceptible to ceftriaxone, ceftazidime, cefepime, streptomycin and of loxacin, and resistant to tetracycline and chloram- phenicol. All strains were multi-drug resistant, and the numbers were from 4 to 17.
