摘要
科学合理地评价综合交通运输与经济社会发展的协调程度,对政府的规划决策具有重要的参考意义。首先建立了评价指标体系并运用主成分分析法选取了主要指标,其次通过数据包络分析法(data envelopment analysis,DEA)对江西省近些年综合交通运输与经济社会发展系统进行了有效值的计算和历时性的评价分析,最后从如何提高发展效益的角度对江西省中长期综合交通运输系统的发展提出了建议。
Scientific and rational evaluation on the coordination degree of comprehensive transportation and economic and social development is of great significance for the governments＇ planning and decision-making. Firstly, this paper established the evaluation index system and main indicators were obtained by using PCA method.Then, effective value calculation and diachronic evaluation and analysis for comprehensive transportation and economic and social development of Jiangxi Province in recent years were carried out by DEA. Finally, from the perspective of how to promote development, this paper provided some suggestions for the medium-and long-term development of comprehensive transportation system in Jiangxi Province.
