摘要
法学教育的目的是使受教育者养成"法律头脑"。只有在强化理论教学的基础上,重视法学实践教学并合理配置体验式的、问题导向的教学方法与方式,才能全面实现法学教育的目的。法学实践教学的本质是课程的实践化。法学院作为法学实践教学的主导者与承担者,应当通过实践化的课程传授知识与方法,并在这一过程中培养法科学生对法律职业伦理的认同、对法律思维方式的皈依、对法律职业基本技能的掌握。
Legal education aims to equip the students with a legal mindset. Only on the basis of strengthening theoretical teaching,attaching importance to practical teaching of law,and rationally allocating experiential and problem-oriented teaching methods,can we fully realize the purpose of legal education. The essence of practical teaching of law is the practicality of the course. As the leader and undertaker of practical teaching of law,law schools should impart knowledge and methods through practical courses,and cultivate law students＇ recognition of legal professional ethics,their conversion to legal thinking mode and their basic skills of legal profession in this process.
