摘要
针对于绿色建筑,智能化技术不仅是其技术要点之一,也是促进绿色建筑指标实施的重要手段。在国家大力推广节能环保的背景下,建筑正朝绿色生态的方向发展。本文针对绿色建筑体系中的智能化技术,分析了建筑智能化在现代建筑中应用的现状和不足,提出建筑智能建筑技术的应用应纳入包括设计和施工、运行和维护阶段的建筑生命周期之中。
For green buildings,intelligent technology is not only one of the key points of their technology,but also an important means to promote the implementation of green building indicators. In the background of promoting energy conservation and environmental protection,buildings are heading in the green direction. Aiming at the intelligent technology in green building system,this paper analyses the present situation and shortage of the application of intelligent building in modern architecture,and puts forward that the application of intelligent building technology should be incorporated to the architectural life cycle including design and construction,operation and maintenance.
