企业满意视角下高职人才培养模式研究与实践——以辽宁城建学院建筑智能化专业为例

摘要 作为职业教育的重要组成部分,高职院校的人才培养必须适应行业企业要求,本着让企业满意的态度培养让企业满意的学生。目前高职院校要进一步深化人才培养模式改革,清晰了解企业对毕业生各项能力素质的需求,有针对性地提升学生的能力短板,提升学生的就业竞争力。 As an important part of vocational education, the training of talents in higher vocational colleges must adapt to therequirements of industry enterprises, and cultivate students who are satisfied with the enterprise in the attitude of making enterprisessatisfied. At present, higher vocational colleges should further deepen the reform of the talent training model, clearly understand the needs ofthe graduates for the various abilities and qualities of the graduates, and specifically improve the shortcomings of the students' ability andenhance the employment competitiveness of the students.
