摘要 多模块输入串联、输出串联(input-series output-series,ISOS)型双向DC/DC变换器尤其适用于如直流电网等输入、输出电压等级都较高的场合,模块间的输入/输出侧能否均压是制约其可靠运行的关键问题。提出了一种基于输入/输出侧电压双下垂的自适应均压控制策略。该控制策略利用电感电流补偿值与输入/输出电压之间的下垂特性实现了自适应均压控制,但下垂控制会带来不可避免的静差问题。补偿改进控制策略消除了静差并进一步提高了系统模块化程度,改进后,输入/输出侧均压效果和动态性能良好。利用小信号建模分析系统稳定性,通过根轨迹分析得到控制参数稳定范围,最后通过仿真和实验验证了策略的可行性。 Multi-module input-series output-series(ISOS) bidirectional DC/DC converter is especially suitable for occasions where input and output voltage levels are relatively high in DC grid. Whether the input and output side can achieve voltage sharing among modules is a key issue for reliable system operation. This paper proposes an adaptive voltage sharing control strategy based on dual-droop characteristics of input and output voltages. In this control strategy, adaptive voltage sharing control is achieved utilizing droop characteristics between inductor current compensation value and input/output voltage, but the droop control brings about an inevitable problem of static error. The improved compensation control strategy can not only eliminate static error but also further improve modularity degree of the system. After improvement, both input and output sides have good effects on voltage sharing and dynamic performance. By means of small signal modeling, system stability is analyzed and the stability range of control parameters is obtained with root locus analysis. At last, feasibility of the strategy is verified with simulation and experiment.
