摘要 针对能源互联网和电动汽车等所需储能系统,提出一种具有宽输入和宽输出电压范围的双向谐振变换器。该变换器是在双向LLC谐振变换器拓扑结构的基础上,通过在二次侧加入辅助开关构成。变换器采用定频控制方式,利用一次侧全桥-半桥之间的切换配合二次侧辅助开关的脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM),以实现宽增益变换,可以应用在电压增益有4倍变化的场合。所提变换器在工作过程中功率器件均工作于软开关状态,有利于提高变换器效率,采用定频控制有利于变压器的设计。对变换器的正反向工作原理和调制策略进行了详细分析,最后搭建了一台最大功率为3kW的实验样机,实现了400V直流母线与105~420V的蓄电池组之间的双向功率变换,完成了系统实验。实验结果验证了该变换器可实现双向功率变换,并且具有宽电压增益和高效率。 A bidirectional resonant converter with a wide-input and wide-output voltage range is proposed for the energy storage system required by the energy internet,the electric vehicles,etc.Based on the bidirectional LLC resonant converter topology,the converter adds the extra auxiliary switches on the secondary side.Adopting the fixed frequency operation,the gain of the converter is adjusted by the cooperation of switching between the full bridge and half bridge operation modes at the primary side and the PWM(pulse width modulation)control at the secondary side,which allows the converter to work in the range of a four-times voltage gain.The power devices work under the soft switching,which is benefit to improve the efficiency of the proposed converter.The constant frequency operation of the converter is conducive to the design of the transformer.This paper analyzes the bidirectional working principle and modulation strategy of the converter.By establishing a 3 kW prototype,the experiment of bidirectional power flow between 400 V DC bus and 105 V-420 V battery is realized.The experimental results verify that the converter achieves the bidirectional power flow with wide voltage gain range and high efficiency.
