摘要 针对煤矿井下巷道狭窄、弯多、倾斜度高等实际特点,基于ZigBee无线传感网络技术对煤矿安全监测系统的软硬件进行了设计与研究。该系统可对CH_4、温湿度、CO等数据进行实时测量、上传、处理、存储及显示,对保障井下作业人员生命安全,提高井下生产环境安全系数起到至关重要的作用。以CH_4浓度采集为例,实验结果表明:该系统能够实时准确监测井下CH_4浓度,平均误差2.22%,最大误差3.6%,符合工程实际中误差不大于10%即为有效测量要求。同时,该设计也能应用于其他气体浓度测量场合。 The software and hardware of the coal mine safety monitoring system based on Zig Bee wireless sensor network technology are designed and studied in view of the high practical characteristics of the narrow bend and high inclination of the coal mine tunnel. The system can measure, upload, process, store and display data such as methane, temperature and humidity, CO and so on. The system plays a vital role in guaranteeing the life safety of underground workers and improving the safety factor of underground production environment. Taking the methane concentration as an example, the experimental results show that the system can accurately monitor the methane concentration in the downhole, the average error is 2.22%, the maximum error is 3.6%, the error is not more than 10% in the engineering practice, which is the effective measurement requirement. At the same time, the design can also be applied to other gas concentration measurement occasions.
