摘要
介绍了一种新型多级清洁燃烧炉具及其在小区域集中供暖中的应用。利用高效、低氮、多级燃烧的小型清洁燃烧炉具,结合高效改性洁净型煤和尾部干法烟气净化一体化技术,在2017年冬季对某公司厂区进行集中供暖,获得了良好的供暖效果。通过与该公司现有小型燃气锅炉对比试验,结果表明,该供暖系统热效率和NO_x/SO_2/CO等烟气排放均等同或优于燃气锅炉,而投资和运行成本均显著降低,因此具有明显的环保和经济优势。
This paper introduces a new-type multi-stage clean combustion stove and its application of central heating in small areas.By using high-efficiency,low-nitrogen and multistage combustion small-sized clean combustion stove,combined with the integration technology of high-eff iciency modif ied clean coal and tail dry process flue gas purification,a centralized heating of a company’s plant area is carried out in winter in 2017,which obtained a good heating effect.By the contrast test with the company’s existing small gas boilers,the results show that the heat efficiency,the emission of NOx/SO2/CO and other smoke of the heating system are equal to or better than those of the same ones,and the investment and operation cost are obviously reduced.Therefore,it has obvious environmental protection and economic advantages.
