摘要
针对冶炼厂使用的饱和蒸汽锅炉煤耗过高的现状,从煤质、锅炉本体、辅机、运行操作及管理等诸多方面进行原因分析,并采取了相应的改进措施,使得煤耗大幅度地降低。
In view of the status that coal consumption of the saturated steam boiler is too high in the plant, the paper explores reasons on the quality of coal, the boiler body, the operation and the management, then puts forword some measures to reduce the consumption of coal.
