摘要
目的探讨地屈孕酮治疗先兆流产的临床效果及安全性。方法选取2013年1月—2017年9月来该院救治的先兆流产患者60例的观察对象,随机分为对照组(n=30,采用黄体酮治疗)与观察组(n=30,采用地屈孕酮治疗),对比分析两组临床症状缓解时间、保胎结果、不良反应发生的指标。结果两组止血时间对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.558,P=0.621);两组腹痛缓解时间对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.587,P=0.687);两组腰酸缓解时间对比,差异无统计学意义(t=0.581,P=0.685),观察组保胎成功率93.3%对比对照组保胎成功率90.0%,差异无统计学意义(χ~2=0.112,P=0.738),观察组不良反应发生率为16.7%,对比对照组40.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=5.814,P=0.012)。结论地屈孕酮可以很好的缓解先兆流产的临床症状,提高保胎成功率,降低不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect and safety of dydrogesterone in treatment of threatened abortion.Methods 60 cases of patients with threatened abortion treated in our hospital from January 2013 to September 2017 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each,the control group and the observation group were respectively treated with luteosterone and dydrogesterone,and the relief time of clinical symptoms,tocolysis results and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the hemostatic time between the two groups was not statistically significant（t=0.558,P=0.621）;the difference in the celiodynia remission time between the two groups was not obvious,without statistical significance（t=0.587,P=0.687）,and the difference in the lumbar acid relief time between the two groups was not obvious,without statistical significance（t=0.581,P=0.685）,and the difference in the successful rate of tocolysis between the observation group and the control group was not obvious,without statistical significance（93.3% vs 90.0%）,（χ2=0.112,P=0.738）,and the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 16.7% and 40.0%,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=5.814,P=0.012）.Conclusion The dydrogesterone can better relieve the clinical symptoms of threatened abortion,improve the tocolysis successful rate and reduce the incidence rate of adverse reactions,and it is worth clinical promotion and application.
