摘要
目的:观察中医三联疗法(中药内服、中药保留灌肠、中药封包)治疗瘀热内阻型肠粘连性慢性腹痛患者的临床疗效。方法:将40例瘀热内阻型肠粘连性慢性腹痛患者分为对照组20例和治疗组20例,对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在西医治疗基础上加用中医三联疗法(中药内服、中药保留灌肠、中药封包),观察两组患者临床疗效及腹痛缓解时间、排便功能恢复时间、气液平改善时间,1年内复发率、住院天数及住院费用等情况。结果:对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组有效率为100.00%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗后,治疗组在腹痛缓解时间、排便功能恢复时间及气液平完全消失时间较对照组明显缩短;对照组1年内腹痛复发率为10.00%,治疗组1年内腹痛复发率为50.00%,两组1年内腹痛复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组住院天数、住院费用与对照组比较均减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医三联疗法可显著提高瘀热内阻型肠粘连性慢性腹痛的疗效,降低住院费用,减少住院天数。
Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of TCM triple therapy in treating intestinal adhesion chronic intestinal pain due to stagnant heat internal resistance. Methods： Forty patients with intestinal adhesion chronic abdominal pain due to stagnant heat internal resistance were divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated TCM triple therapy with conventional Western medicine. The ones in the treatment group were treated with TCM triple therapy（ including TCM for oral administration,TCM for retention-enema and Chinese medicine encapsulation） on the basis of Western medicine. Then the two groups＇ clinical efficacies,the relief of abdominal pain,defecation function,the improvement time of vapor-liquid equilibrium,the recurrence rate within one year,the length of hospitalization,and the expenses of hospitalization were observed. Results： The effective rate of the control group was 70%,and that of the treatment group was 70%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. After the treatment,the pain relief time,the defecation function recovery time and the complete disappearance time of vapor-liquid equilibrium in the treatment group were significantly shorter than those in the control group. The recurrence rate of abdominal pain in the control group was 50% within one year,while that in the treatment group was 50%,and the recurrence rate of abdominal pain in two groups was statistically significant within one year. The treatment group can shorten the length of hospitalization and reduce hospitalization expenses,compared with the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： TCM triple therapy has a remarkable clinical curative effect on intestinal adhesion chronic intestinal pain due to stagnant heat internal resistance,can reduce hospitalization expenses,and shorten the length of hospitalization.
