摘要
在新媒体时代,以微信、微博等为代表的新型媒体无疑是当代大学生了解和参与社会、发表个人观点、行使个人话语权的主要平台,但因大学生缺乏理智和言论的突发性、难以监管性,使得高校在管理时出现矛盾甚至出现少部分学生因不恰当网络言行而受到法律处罚的现象。高校应通过建设专业化、职业化的网络思想政治教育队伍和打造专业化、个性化的校园新媒体网络平台,以保障大学生言论自由。
In new media era, new media represented by we-chat, blog, and so on are major platforms for college students to understand and participate in social activities, express their own opinions, and exercise their discourse rights. However, due to the following elements such as the students＇ insensitivity, suddenness of their speech, and difficulties in supervision on the students, there have been contradictions in management in colleges, and even the phenomena that some students have been punished according to law due to inappropriate online languages and behaviors. College authorities should establish professional teaching stuff for online ideological and political education as well as professional and individualized network platform for new media on campus, so as to guarantee the students＇ speech freedom.
