摘要
以丙酮酸和二溴海因为原料制备了溴代丙酮酸。优化工艺条件为:反应温度为50℃,催化剂为对甲苯磺酸,溶剂为甲醇,收率为40%。该新工艺具有操作友好、后处理简单等优势。
Brominated pyruvic acid is an important intermediate, which is synthesized using pyruvic acid and dihromohydantoin as the raw materials. The yield of brominated pyruvic acid is of 40% under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 50℃, p -toluene sulphonic acid as catalyst, and methanol as solvent. This novel process has advantages of friendly operation and simple post-processing.
