摘要
采用EP(环氧树脂)和PF(酚醛树脂)对BOZ(苯并噁嗪树脂)进行改性,着重探讨了促进剂咪唑、对甲苯磺酸、间苯二酚、两种工业级促进剂DT300和TR218对热熔胶固化温度的影响。研究结果表明:促进剂TR218可以显著地提升三元热熔胶的固化活性、缩短凝胶化时间并降低热熔胶的黏度,可使三元热熔胶和无碱玻璃布制备复合材料的冲击强度提高42.81%,玻璃化转变温度提高15.10%。
BOZ(benzoxazine)resin was modified by EP(epoxy resin)and PF(phenol formaldehyde resin).The effects of accelerator imidazole,p-toluene sulfonic acid,resorcinol,industrial accelerators DT300 and TR218 on curing temperature of hot melt adhesive were discussed. The research results showed that the accelerator TR218 can significantly improve the curing activity of ternary hot melt adhesive,shorten the gelation time and reduce the viscosity of hot melt adhesive. The impact strength of ternary hot melt adhesive and the alkali free glass cloth composite material can be increased by 42.81%,and the glass transition temperature can be increased by 15.10%.
