摘要
肺结节是当前呼吸系统常见疾病,朱佳教授认为本病中医辨证以气阴两虚、痰瘀内结为多,治疗以益气养阴、化痰消瘀散结为着眼点,同时应紧密结合影像学随访复查。
Pulmonary nodules are common diseases of the current respiratory system,professor ZHU Jia believes that the syndrome deficiency of both Qi and Yin,intermin-gled phlegm and blood stasis are the main syndromes in TCM. Treatment is based on benefiting Qi and nourishing Yin,resolving phlegm and eliminating stasis,and treatment of this disease should closely combined with imaging follow-up.
