摘要
通过对带式输送机系统受料段工作环境和情况的分析,在总结实践经验的基础上,建立了输送机系统受料段的数学模型,并利用仿真分析软件对各个参数对输送机系统受料段在工作时的振动情况的影响进行了仿真分析,根据分析结果采用增加导料槽长度同时增加托辊间距的方案来降低输送机系统受料段在受料时的振动冲击,提高其工作稳定性和使用寿命的方案,为确保输送机系统安全可靠工作提供了强有力的保障。
Based on the analysis of the working environment and situation of the receiving section of the belt conveyor system, the mathematical model of the receiving section of the belt conveyor system is established on the basis of summing up the practical experience. The influence of each parameter on the vibration of the feeding section of the conveyer system is simulated by using the simulation analysis software. According to the analysis results, the length of the guide slot is increased. At the same time, the scheme of increasing the distance between the rollers to reduce the vibration shock of the feeding section of the conveyer system, and to improve its working stability and service life,provides a strong guarantee for ensuring the safety and reliability of the conveyer system.
