摘要 DEM仿真技术可精准地模拟散状物料流动情况,在曲线落料管设计中应用广泛。介绍了应用DEM辅助设计,改造某电厂煤破碎机室的案例。该项目先采用DEM仿真软件对输送物料进行料性标定实验,并将标定实验参数输入DEM仿真软件模拟落料管内物料流动,再根据仿真结果进一步修改优化设计参数,将落料管的直管改造成曲线管,成功解决了碎煤机室粉尘污染问题。 The DEM modelling technique is able to accurately simulate the flow of bulk materials,and is extensively used in the design of charging conduits. A case study of using DEM aided design to revamp the coal crusher room in a power plant presented. In this project,DEM is used to perform material calibration test for the conveyed material,and the calibration test data are input into the DEM model to simulate the material flow inside the charging conduit,and then based on the simulation outcome,the design parameters are further optimized,whereby the straight charging conduit is changed to a curved conduit,which successfully solved the dust pollution issue in the coal crusher room.
