摘要
我国制造业近年来越来越重视生产工人培训,投入了大量的人力财力,但培训收效并不理想,其中培训效果评估不完善是一个重要原因。基于此,以某汽车零件制造公司生产工人为例,基于Phillips的五级投资回报模型,从反应层、学习层、行为层、结果层以及投资回报率等五个层次设计制造业生产工人的培训效果评估指标体系,并为在实际工作中运用提出合理化建议,以期为同类企业提供参考。
Manufacturing enterprises in China pay more and more attention to the training of production workers in recent years,and devote a lot of manpower and financial resources,but the effect of training is not satisfied. The imperfection of training effect evaluation may be the major reason. This paper takes the production workers of An automobile parts manufacturing company as an example based on Phillips five-level investment return model. The training effect evaluation index system of manufacturing workers is designed on the five levels of the reaction layer,the learning layer,the behavior layer,the result layer and rate of return on investment,and some reasonable suggestions are proposed for its application in practical work,in order to provide reference for the similar enterprises.
