摘要
长期以来,思想政治教育忽略了受教育者的主体感受,其实效性和针对性不够。对话式思想政治教育重视"你—我"主体间的平等、互动和共鸣,通过"个体—个体"、"个体—团体"、"个体—实践"的对话路径,注重对话生成、对话目标、对话过程的控制,使思想政治教育真正实现从"独白"到"互动"的转变。
For a long time,ideological and political education in colleges and universities has failed to achieve desirable effect and pertinence owing to the fact the subjective feelings of the education receivers are overlooked.Conversational ideological education highlights inter-subjective equality,interaction and resonance.Through dialogues between individuals,between individual and group and between individual and practice and through control over the creation,the target and the process of the dialogues,ideological and political education achieves transition from the monologue mode to the interactive mode.
