摘要
煤矿井下排水监控系统是保证煤矿安全生产的一个重要环节,目前,井下排水监控主要是采用有线监控方式,但有线布线较为困难、线路易老化且无法扩展.因此,本文提出了基于ZigBee的无线监控方案,由终端节点、路由器节点、协调器节点和上位机四个部分组成,其中,终端节点包括传感器节点和执行器节点.系统通过传感器节点采集相关参数信息,经路由器节点中继和转发,协调器节点负责接收和汇总信息并以以太网方式传输给上位机.同时,也能逆向由上位机发出指令去控制对应的执行器节点工作,实现煤矿井下排水的无线监控.
The underground drainage monitoring system is an important link to ensure the safe production of the coal mine. At present, the underground drainage monitoring is mainly using the wired monitoring method, but the cable wiring is more difficult, the line is easy to be aging and can not be expanded. Therefore, a wireless monitoring scheme based on ZigBee is proposed in this paper, which consists of four parts: terminal node, router node, coordinator node and host computer. The terminal nodes include sensor nodes and actuator nodes. The system collects the relevant parameter information through the sensor nodes, relay and forward through the router node, and the coordinator node is responsible for receiving and summarizing the information and transmitting it to the upper computer by Ethernet. At the same time, it can also reverse the instructions issued by the upper computer to control the work of the corresponding actuator nodes, and realize the wireless monitoring of underground drainage in coal mines.
