摘要 随着煤矿安全生产要求不断提高和机械化综合采煤技术的进步,井下排水系统的安全性和可靠性要求也越来越高,优化排水方案、改善排水系统和提高配水设备智能化水平是井下排水领域发展的重点方向。在分析井下排水系统人工操作缺点和设备技术水平落后等基础上,对矿井水来源、排水系统的组成结构进行详细分析,设计矿用防爆型电动阀门控制系统整体结构,重点设计IGBT驱动电路和复位电路,控制系统能够实时检测电动阀门电动机电流、电压、力矩等主要运行参数,具有过载、短路等故障的保护功能。 With the increasing requirements of coal mine safety production and the progress of comprehensive mechanized coal mining technology, the demand for safety and reliability of underground drainage system has been widely increased. Optimizing drainage scheme and drainage system, improving the intelligent level of water distribution equipment are the key directions of the development in underground drainage. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the manual operation of the underground drainage system and the backwardness of the equipment technology level, the source of the mine water and structure of the drainage system were analyzed in detail. The mine explosion-proof electric valve control system overall structure and IGBT drive circuit and reset circuit were designed. Motor current, voltage, torque of electric valve main operation parameters can be detected by this control system in real-time. The control system has protection functions for overload and short circuit.
