摘要
闭经是一种常见的妇科疾病,造成闭经的原因复杂,临床上常见于多囊卵巢综合征、卵巢早衰、高催乳素血症等疾病。中医认为闭经与肝、脾、肾等多个脏腑的功能失调相关,而"女子以肝为先天",肝之功能失常与闭经的发生密切相关。应从疏肝、养肝两方面论治闭经。
Amenorrhea is a common gynecologic disease. The cause of amenorrhea is complicated. It is clinically common in polycystic ovary syndrome, premature ovarian failure and hyperprolactinemia etc. diseases. Traditional Chinese medicine holds that amenorrhea is related to the dysfunction of liver, spleen, kidney and other viscera, while ＂women are congenital with liver＂, and the dysfunction of liver is closely related to occurrence of amenorrhea. Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper analyzes the physiological and pathological basis of liver-related amenorrhea, and expounds the treatment of amenorrhea from two aspects： soothing liver and nourishing liver.
