摘要
目的:观察当归芍药散联合达英-35对多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)所致月经紊乱中医辨证为脾虚肝郁型患者的临床疗效。方法:将符合标准的60例PCOS导致月经紊乱证属脾虚肝郁型患者,随机分为治疗组和观察组,每组各30例,均口服达英-35治疗,治疗组同时加服当归芍药散,共治疗三个月。观察治疗前后2组的临床疗效,以及血清性激素水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组FSH、E2水平均较治疗前升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后组间比较,治疗组T、LH/FSH低于对照组,而E2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:当归芍药散联合达英-35治疗脾虚肝郁型PCOS患者可以提高临床疗效,改善性激素水平,调整月经周期,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Danggui Shaoyao powder with Diane-35 in Treating Polycystic Ovary Syndrome（PCOS）.Methods：60 patients with PCOS accompanied menstrual disorder were randomly divided into the control group（n=30）and the treatment group（n=30）.Diane-35 was given to the patients in the both groups,and who in the treatment group were given Danggui Shaoyao powder treatment at the same time.The two groups of patients were compared after three course（3 months）of clinical curative effect and the changes of the serum sex hormone levels.Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group（90.0%）is superior to the control group（73.3%）（P〈0.05）.After treatment,both groups of TSH and E2 were higher than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Comparison between groups after treatment,T and LH/FSH in the treatment group was lower than the control group,but E2 were higher,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Danggui Shaoyao powder with Diane-35 treating the patients of Spleen-deficiency and Liver-depression type of PCOS can effectively improve the levels of serum sex hormone and adjust the menstrua l cycle,which is worth further study.
