摘要
面对日益加剧的老龄化趋势和相对滞后的养老服务,城市社区养老模式和老年住区宜居性建设逐渐成为社会关注的热点和综合问题。文章主要从产品类型、老人生活需求和社区服务条件营造等方面,理性思考依托社区建设各类养老居住产品的形式,研究社区养老模式的宜居性,探索中国养老模式的发展契机。
