摘要
目的探讨早期康复训练护理对乳腺癌患者术后患侧上肢功能恢复的影响。方法选择本科室2015年1月至2017年8月收治的80例乳腺癌患者,按照随机数表法分为常规组(n=40)和早期组(n=40),常规组进行常规护理,早期组进行早期康复训练护理干预,对比两组患者术后恢复情况。结果术后14 d,两组患者的FM评分及Barthel指数均显著升高,且早期组高于常规组(P<0.05)。早期组患者的训练内容、训练时间及训练强度依从性评分均显著高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论乳腺癌患者实施早期康复训练护理可促进患者术后患侧上肢功能恢复,预防并发症发生。
Objective To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation training nursing on recovery of upper limb function in patients with breast cancer after operation. Methods Eighty breast cancer patients in our department from January 2015 to August 2017 were selected and divided into routine group（n=40） and early group（n=40） according to random number table method. Routine nursing was performed in the routine group. Early rehabilitation training nursing was performed in the early group. The postoperative recovery of patients in the two groups were compared. Results At 14 days after operation, the FM scores and Barthel indexes of patients in the two groups significantly increased, and those in the early group were higher than the routine group（P〈0.05）. The compliance scores of training content, training time and training intensity in the early group were significantly higher than those in the routine group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early rehabilitation training nursing for patients with breast cancer can promote the recovery of upper limb function and prevent complications.
