摘要
为开展新工科研究与实践,需加强新兴工程科技人才培养。应用型本科一方面要以"应用"为导向加强对人才实践创新能力的培养;另一方面要依托自身优势并充分利用地方资源,适应社会发展需求,精准定位特色办学,发挥科学研究和服务社会等职能。针对当前应用型本科存在问题,以汽车服务工程专业为例,根据学科专业特征结合区域发展特点,开展产学研创新创业合作,提高学生创新创业和实践应用能力。
In order to carry out the practice of New Engineering Department,it is necessary to strengthen the cultivation of new engineering science and technology talents. The applied undergraduates colleges should emphasize the innovation ability cultivation of talents and they must rely on their own advantages and make full use of local resources adapted to the needs of social development. We should give full play to the functions of scientific research and social service. In view of the characteristics of disciplines and specialties,combined with the development trends,we should carry out innovative cooperation between enterprise and colleges and strengthen students＇ innovation and practical application capabilities.
