摘要
目的探讨妊高征剖宫产产妇在护理干预过程中引入双向质量反馈模式临床价值。方法选择妊高征剖宫产产妇80例,均为本院2016年10月~2017年10月收治,随机分组,就应用常规方案护理(对照组,n=40)与应用双向质量反馈模式护理(观察组,n=40)效果展开对比。结果观察组机体恢复用时明显短于对照组,不良反应率明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对妊高征剖宫产产妇,在围产期引入双向质量反馈模式,可显著缩短康复时间,降低不良事件发生率。
Objective The clinical value of two-way quality feedback mode in the nursing process of cesarean section in PIH patients. Methods 80 cases of cesarean section of pregnancy induced hypertension were selected in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017. Random grouping, compare the effect of routine nursing （control group, n 40） and two-way quality feedback mode Nursing （observation group, n 40）. Results The recovery time of the observation group was shorter than that the control group. The rate of adverse reaction was lower than that the control group. There were statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the perinatal period, two-way quality feedback mode is adopted in the cesarean section of pregnancy induced hypertension, It can shorten the recovery time and reduce the incidence of adverse events.
