摘要
目的观察玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特治疗过敏性鼻炎患儿的临床疗效,以及对白细胞介素-17(IL-17)和IL-10失衡的改善作用。方法选取广东省惠州市第二妇幼保健院儿科2015年7月—2017年6月治疗的过敏性鼻炎患儿126例,使用数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组63例。双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸附测定法检测IL-17和IL-10表达。结果治疗前两组症状评分间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后观察组症状评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);对照组有效率(79.37%),显著低于观察组(93.65%)(P<0.05);治疗后观察组IL-17表达水平显著低于对照组(P<0.05),IL-10表达水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率分别为4.76%、6.35%。结论玉屏风颗粒联合孟鲁司特治疗过敏性鼻炎儿童临床疗效显著,使用安全,调节IL-17/IL-10失衡是其起效的可能机制之一。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Yupingfeng granules and montelukast on childrenwith allergic rhinitis and its improvement of IL-17/IL-10 imbalance.Methods One hundred and twenty-six children with allergic rhinitis were enrolled in this study.These patients were randomly divided into control group（n=63）and observation group（n=63）.ELISA analysis was used to determine expressions of IL-17 and IL-10.Results There was no significant difference in symptom scores between the two groups before treatment（P 〉0.05）.After treatment,symptom scores were lower in observation group than in control group（P 〈0.05）.The effective rate of control group was 79.37%（50/63）,which was lower than 93.65%（59/63）in observation group（P 〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in IL-17 and IL-10 between the two groups before treatment（P〉 0.05）.After treatment,IL-17 was lower but IL-10 was higher in observation group（P〈 0.05）.The rate of adverse reactions was 4.76%（3/63）in control group and 6.35%（4/63）in observation group.There was no significant difference betweenthe two groups（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion Yupingfeng granules combined with montelukast show good clinical efficacy and are safe in the treatment of children with allergic rhinitis.Regulation of IL-17/IL-10 imbalance may be one of the mechanisms.
