摘要
目的:观察扶阳复元汤对缺血性中风恢复期患者临床疗效及S-100B蛋白、神经肽Y的影响。方法:将60例缺血性中风恢复期患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组在西医常规治疗的基础上采用补阳还五汤治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上采用扶阳复元汤治疗,两组患者均以4周为1个疗程,1个疗程后观察两组患者治疗前后NIHSS评分,S-100B蛋白、神经肽Y含量变化。结果:对照组有效率为70.00%,治疗组有效率为83.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组缺血性中风恢复期患者治疗后NIHSS评分较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组缺血性中风恢复期患者治疗后S-100B蛋白、神经肽Y含量均显著下降(P<0.05),且组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温阳复元方可以明显改善缺血性中风恢复期患者的生活质量,其机制可能与其下调血清S-100B蛋白、血浆NPY含量相关。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of self-made Fuyang Fuyuan Decoction( FYFYD) on S-100 B protein and neuropeptide Y of Patients with ischemic stroke during recovery time. Methods: Sixty patients with ischemic stroke during recovery period were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were treated with Buyang Huanwu Decoction( BYHWD) on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment. The ones in the treatment group were treated with Self-made FYFYD on the basis of routine Western medicine treatment. Both groups regarded 4 weeks as one course,then the clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared/observed. The changes of NIHSS score,S-100 B protein and neuropeptide Y content in the two groups before and after treatment were observed. Results:The effective rate of the control group was 70%,and that of the treatment group was 83. 33%,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). The NIHSS score of the two groups' ischemic stroke recovery patients increased significantly( P〈 0. 05),and the difference between the groups was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). After the treatment,the two groups' levels of S-100 B protein and neuropeptide Y were significantly decreased( P〈 0. 05),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant( P〈 0. 05). Conclusion: FYFYD can obviously improve the quality of life in patients with ischemic apoplexy during recovery time,and its mechanism may be related to the level of serum S-100 B protein and plasma NPY.
