摘要
《幼儿园教育纲要》是指引幼儿园设计、组织与实施教育活动的纲领性文件。日本自1956年颁布《幼儿园教育纲要》以来,历时六十余年,先后对《幼儿园教育纲要》进行了五次修订。以2017年日本对《幼儿园教育纲要》进行的第五次修订为核心,从历史的视角对《幼儿园教育纲要》的修订做系统的梳理与总结,不仅可以描绘日本幼儿园教育改革与发展的历史轨迹,而且还可以总结日本幼儿园教育改革与发展的新态势:从纵向看,更加强调幼儿园与小学教育的连续性;从横向看,日益强化幼儿教育的一体化与同步性;从功能看,不断充实幼儿园临时保育与育儿援助。
View Directions of Preschool Education is a programmatic document for the design,organization and implementation of educational activities in kindergartens. Sincethe promulgation of View Directions of Preschool Education in 1956,Japan has made fiverevisions to the View Directions of Preschool Education successively in more than sixtyyears. Centering on the fifth revision of the View Directions of Preschool Education by Ja-pan in 2017,to make a systematic review and summary of the revisions of View Directionsof Preschool Education from the perspective of history can not only depict the historicalroute of Japanese kindergarten education reform and development,but also look into its newtrends. Vertically speaking,more emphasis is put on the continuity of the kindergarten andprimary school education;horizontally speaking,the integration and synchronization of pre-school education are strengthened increasingly;functionally speaking,the work of kinder-garten temporary care and child care assistance is getting enriched and improved constantly.
