摘要
从有效氯滴定、试验步骤、评级方式等方面,对FZ/T 01079—2018《服装衬布烫焦试验方法》、FZ/T01079—2009《织物烫焦试验方法》,以及日本纺织标准JIS L 1041:2011《树脂加工机织物以及针织物的测试方法》的烫焦试验方法进行比较。结果表明,尽管不同试验方法之间存在差异,但同一织物的烫焦试验结果基本一致。对于试验前后织物颜色变化的评价,仪器评级结果的客观性和重现性比人工评级更佳。此外,试验发现FZ/T 01079—2018标准附录A中次氯酸钠溶液有效氯浓度的标定存在谬误。
The scorching test methods of FZ/T 01079-2018"Test method for scorching of lining cloth", FZ/ T 01079- 2009 "Scorching test method for fabric", and JIS L 1041:2011 "Testing methods of resin-pro- cessed woven fabrics and knitted fabrics'are compared from the aspects of titration of available chlo- rine, test procedure and grading method. The results show that although there are some differences among different test methods, the results of scorching test of the same fabric are consistent. The objec- tivity and reproducibility of instrument rating results are better than those of artificial rating for evaluat- ing the color changes of fabrics before and after testing. In addition, it is found that the calibration of available chlorine concentration of sodium hypochlorite solution in Appendix A of FZ/T 01079-2018 stan- dard is incorrect.
