摘要
为了研究不同的测试条件对纺织品色牢度评级结果的影响,利用测色原理不同的两种仪器在不同的标准光源、色差公式、几何条件和视场角条件下进行评级,并将评级结果与目光评级结果进行对比分析。结果发现,D65光源的测试结果与目光评级结果的一致性比A光源与目光评级结果的一致性好;CIE DE2000色差公式较CIE LAB计算的色牢度级数更接近目光评级结果;数码影像评级系统在d/8和45/0两种几何条件下,结果的一致性较好,且较接近目光评级结果;几何条件为45/0时,10°视场角更符合目光评价结果;几何条件为d/8时,2°视场角和10°视场角得到试验数据基本一致。
In order to study the influencing factors on the textile color fastness rating results in different testing conditions, the color fastness rating is tested by using two instruments with different color measurement principle in different standard illuminates, color-different formulas, geometric conditions and field angles. The test result and the visual result is compared.The result by D65 light has better consistency with visual result than the result by A light. CIE DE2000 color-different formula is found to have better performance than CIE LAB formula.In geometric condition d/8 and 45/0, the results show excellent consistency in two geometric condition by using digital image system with visual results. At field angle10°, there is more consistency with visual results in the geometric condition 45/0. In the geometric condition d/8, the results are consistent between angle10° and angle 2°.
