盐酸氨溴索对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者CPIS评分及炎性因子表达影响 被引量:15

摘要 目的研究盐酸氨溴索对呼吸机相关性肺炎患者CPIS评分及炎性因子表达的影响。方法选取我院2015年7月至2017年10月收治的呼吸机相关性肺炎患者48例。采用随机数字法将其分为两组,每组24例,所有患者同时给予常规治疗,在此基础上,观察组给予盐酸氨溴索治疗。对比观察两组患者住院时间、使用呼吸机时间、治疗效果、治疗前后CPIS评分和炎症因子水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为(91.67%)明显高于对照组(66.67%)(χ~2=4.55,P=0.03);观察组患者使用呼吸机时间、住院时间明显缩短(t=5.12,P=0.00;t=4.87,P=0.00);治疗后观察组患者CPIS评分以及炎症因子水平(IL-6)显著低于对照组患者(t=10.50,P=0.00;t=3.75,P=0.00);不良反应发生率无明显差异(P=0.68)。结论盐酸氨溴索能够明显提高呼吸机相关性肺炎的治疗疗效,显著缩短住院以及呼吸机使用时间,改善预后。 Objective To inquiry the effect of acid ambroxol in treatment of CPIS score and inflammatory factor expression on ventilator-associated pneumonia patients.Methods 48 cases of ventilator-associated pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from July 2015 to October 2017.All patients were treated routinely,on this basis,the observation group was treated with ambroxol hydrochloride.Their treatment efficacy,the time of ventilation and hospital stay,and CPIS score and inflammatory factor expression were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total efficiency was significantly higher in the observation group(91.67%) than in the control group(66.67%)( χ~2 = 4.55,P = 0.03).The improved CPIS score and inflammatory factor expression of the observation group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group( t = 10.50,P = 0.00; t = 3.75,P = 0.00).The duration of ventilation and hospital stay was significantly lower than that of the control group( t = 5.12,P = 0.00; t = 4.87,P = 0.00).Conclusion Ambroxol hydrochloride can significantly improve the treatment effect of ventilator-associated pneumonia,reduce the duration of hospital stay and ventilation,and improve their prognosis.
